PANGKOR TRIP WITH THEM :)

Although this trip was about 4 month ago, but I still cannot forget all the memories that my friends and I had made during this trip. After a quite long discussion about the suitable date to go there, finally we decide to make the trip to PANGKOR ISLAND on 22 December 2012 and we will on this vacation for 2 days 1 night. It was an unforgettable memory as I did many things there for the first time in my life like riding banana boat and snorkeling!

So in our vacation there were 10 girls all together including my group member, Natrah Malek and I was very excited to go to Pangkor as this was our first trip together! So, on the promised day, we set off at about 10 am from Puduraya by bus and arrive at Lumut Jetty at about 1.30pm.

After that, from Lumut we took a ferry to go to Pangkor Island and it takes about 40 minutes to arrive at our destination. Along our ride on ferry we can saw a beautiful view of beach and island and that beautiful scenery brings us to go to upper of ferry where we can see the view clearly while enjoying sea breeze. It feels really calm and peaceful up there. When we arrive at Pangkor Island jetty, we were brought to the resort that we stay by the cute pink van. Lot of pink van can be seen at the Pangkor jetty and they were indeed waiting for visitor and bring them to Pangkor Island. I don’t know how much they charge because ours were included in package.

 Here we are! Finally, I was so glad we were safely arrived at our destination. After check in to resort and get rest for while we took a walk around the beach to see the surroundings. Thank God the beach was not far from resort so we just have to walk. There are a lot of food stall along the road so we don’t have to worry if we suddenly hungry or thirsty.  While walking, we finally found an interesting activity to be done which BANANA BOAT! Everyone was very excited to try it and especially me because it was my first time riding on the banana boat and it was an amazing experience!

At night, we had our BBQ dinner at the resort which is included in our package. All of us ate as many as we can we were very hungry after play the banana boat. After filling the stomach we went to take a walk again around the beach to take the night air and also to buy some souvenirs for our family.

 On second day in Pangkor, we went to snorkeling at the morning after taking breakfast. Snokerling?? Yes, it was also my first time trying it. So to get there, we were brought to the snorkeling area by speedboat. At first, I don’t want to do snorkeling because I thought it was hard for person who cannot swim like me. But, when arrive at the snorkeling area and seeing its beautiful scenery I attracted to try it. At last, I had no regret trying it but I feel really satisfy because while doing this activity we can see so many sea creatures like corals and many type of fish swim around our body.

On the last day, before we went back to Pangkor Island jetty we were brought around the island by the pink van again. I think it was the official van for bring tourist so we had visited several places and also shopping souvenirs again. So this is the end of our vacation and I hope I can have this kind of vacation again with my lovely friends here.

Next vacation, we were planning to go to other island in east coast! I really can’t wait because the island in east coast was popular with their blue sea and very beautiful sand. Lastly, see you on the next trip!
